There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/alpine skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bed linen, towels, firewood and laundry are included in the price!

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

The area offers hiking trails, summit hikes, cycling, fishing and skiing, with about a 30-minute drive to Gautefall with alpine skiing and cross-country trails.

Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt, så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Nice cottage in scenic surroundings

Nice cabin in scenic surroundings. The cabin has unspoiled outdoor spaces, great views and parking right outside the door. Electric car charger in the garage. The cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an extra shower in the laundry room. Groomed ski slopes below the cabin. Large alpine resort and water park are about 15 minutes drive away. Electricity and wood are included in the price. You are most welcome!
