Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back because of the cleanliness and the price-performance ratio. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

Very nice apt, be ready to get your steps in as it is on a fourth floor with no lift. Location is good and several places to eat and supermarkets close by. We had a great time.

A wonderful place to stay. The bedroom opens out onto one of the rivers (but don’t worry not constant water traffic!) my daughter was obsessed with opening them to sit and watch the water every chance she could. One of the best showers I’ve had. Good pressure and temperature. Check in instructions with photos was perfect and reassuring. Communication responses and advice by Valeria was invaluable and her flexibility regarding our check out was very helpful. The place is a lovely walk away from everything. Nice and peaceful and was perfect for our stay. Thank you so much!

Nicole’s place was more than right at home. She personally met us at the meet up spot to show us around and how everything works in the apartment. Without her help and input it would’ve been difficult to get around. Nicole is extremely responsive and more than helpful. Her place is private, yet once you step out it feels like you’re near the action. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, art district and more all right there. If you’re coming to Venice, Nicole’s place on Giudecca is where you want to be! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Nicole for all your help and having us in your lovely home 💛

Absolutely loved our stay here - maybe one of the best I've had through AirBnB. It's a rare chance to stay in a proper non-touristy neighbourhood in Venice itself. Very affordable considering you get two bedrooms and a kitchen and living space, and you're in Venice proper. I would open the window in the morning and hear church bells from the church in the square right outside. But my favourite thing was how welcoming Robert and Maurizia were - They were wonderful hosts who clearly care about letting their guests have a good experience of their city. We arrived late on the first night and were concerned about finding a restaurant still open for dinner, but Maurizia called ahead to secure us a table at a great nearby place. And that's just one example of how nice they were as hosts. Absolutely recommend if you don't care about being in a new and shiny place, but would rather have an authentic experience with a warm welcome!

the place is very comfortable and equipped with every need. Very comfortable and enjoyable outdoor space, especially for dogs. Alessandro and Stefania are very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Piero is very kind and always available, the house is in a strategic position for those who want to visit Padua without entering the chaos of the city! Clean and equipped house, we will definitely be back.

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

we stayed in Paolo's apartment from Friday 2 to Sunday 4. Clean and tidy apartment, very central and convenient location to reach bars, restaurants and any service in a few minutes. Paola is always quick to reply to any requests. Great

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Diego's place exceeded our expectations: really cozy, super clean, and stocked with everything you need. The location is not very central, but you can drive downtown in 5 minutes. It also provides an internal private parking, and the kitchen has some basic necessities such as sugar, oil, salt, paper, film, etc. Diego is always available and super nice, he was at your disposal for the duration of your stay. The beds... the most comfortable I've tried while traveling, with memory pillows. Small tip, if you sleep in the living room with the sofa bed and don't appreciate the light in the morning, bring an eye mask 😉

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

We say many thanks to Carla and her husband Danielle! Already in advance we were informed about important things (pre-booking of tickets, as many tourists are in Venice during Holy Week; online application for exemption from admission fee to the city). We were welcomed with a magnificent fruit basket and a bottle of Prosecco and water. Unfortunately, we could not use the bikes and the terrace due to the rainy, windy weather. But great that there is a possibility. Although centrally located ( 10 minutes from the vaporetto station, 2 minutes to the bus) we enjoyed the tranquility, the view into the garden, the herbs from the garden. Since Carla speaks German, any communication was straightforward in person or by cell phone. She always responded immediately and asked. We would have liked to stay - not only because the sun shone on our last two days in Venice, but because we just felt very comfortable with Carla and Danielle.

This is the most elegant airbnb I've ever rented! It's spacious, comfortably furnished, with a large terrace, many windows (with screens) and three AC units for Venetian summers. The location is great: in western Dorsoduro away from the tourist routes, and only a short walk with one bridge from the San Basilio stop. There are several very good restaurants nearby, as well as bars and a CONAD supermarket. The three of us stayed for a week and did a load of laundry while we were there. We felt it was perfect! Francesca was in touch and greeted us when we arrived, to show us around. She was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Olga's apartment.

great apartment with a great location. Public transit is not far away. There are many shops nearby. Davide was quick to respond, helpful.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!
