Holiday rentals with a patio in Venetian Lagoon

The apartment is as big as it looks in the photos. I have rented several apts in France and Italy. This apt is very large for France and Italy. A the price, it is large for anywhere. Luca cleans it spotless before turning it over. Once you learn the route, it is easy to get to Via Garibaldi and the Grand Canal. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores along the way. This would definitely be on the list again, if available.

Nicolo's apartment is perfect. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. The decor is understated, quite suitable for an Airbnb. Very good location, both for access to the beaches and to visit Venice. Nicolo is responsive, everything went very well, thank you.

We had a nice stay at this two-level apartment in Mestre! The place was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — there were frequent buses to Venice, a good and affordable restaurant just around the corner, and a supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and shutters not closing properly, but he came over promptly and fixed everything. Overall, a great base for exploring Venice while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Mestre.

We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

Everything was great! The house is very quiet, convenient and safe. Especially it was very spacious and comfortable with 6 of my family. The host is very lovely and supportive with a great comfort. If I come back I will stay here. I am also looking forward to have a day to welcome you in our beautiful country of Vietnam!!

Fabio was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make sure we arrived to the apartment safely by meeting us at the waterbus stop close by upon our arrival into the city. He showed us all around the apartment and made sure we knew all the information needed before he left. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and we loved the layout, the cleanliness, the confortable beds and the kitchen....my kids loved the cookies left on the table. The location was wonderful for walking anywhere around the city and super easy to get there by waterbus from the train station as well as to get to Marco Polo airport by just taking a single waterbus line. I would recommend Fabio as host and his apartment to anyone I know visiting the city of Venice!!! Hope we get to go back some day!

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

I loved the place. it was pretty nice and spacious. loved the location. the co - host greeted me into the house while giving me an explanation of the keys and everything about the house. he was really helpful at checkin, during the stay and at the checkout

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautiful, large and quiet. There are so many windows in the apartment and we can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset inside it! Amazing. The location of the apartment is excellent as well. We took the Alilaguna boat from the airport to Guglie, and just 5 mins walk to get to the apartment. And when we left, just took 10 mins walk to Venice St Lucia Station. Everything is so convenient. Definitely a great choice to live inside the Venice island!

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

This was a lovely property in a quiet neighbourhood, but with a bus stop 3 minutes away which took you into the Old Town in around 10 minutes. The property was very comfortable and well equipped, with a great coffee machine. I didn’t get a chance to use the front terrace due to rainy weather but I am sure it would be a great place to relax.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Host Apollo is really friendly and helpful. We were offered to drop off our luggage before the check-in time. Apollo is really responsive as well. The location is great with less than 10min walk from the train station. Apartment was also really clean and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, everything was super clean and clearly well taken care of. One of the best parts was the private parking, which made things so convenient. The host was kind and exceptionally thoughtful, anticipating everything a guest might need. From small touches to practical amenities, it was clear a lot of care went into making the stay comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Christian is a great host we have spent some spectacular days in his apartment, very clean and the terrace is the best, and very close to Piazza San Marco, I would definitely not hesitate to stay next time.

Great place to stay in a quiet part of Venice, which is not something you hear too often. Wi-Fi was a little bit slow so streamers beware. That being said it’s important to give this place a five star rating because the stay was amazing. We’re just snobs about Wi-Fi.

One of the best stays ever. There was everything and Emanuele was very helpful and gave all the instructions. He also surprised us with an amazing welcome gift. Didn't feel like going back! Overall best!

Jenny's place is a great surprise to us! We only spent one night there before flying early in the morning but we would have stayed a little more! It's a spacious apartment with all the comforts you need! Be careful that we particularly appreciated it: two coffee pods and breakfast was waiting for us! Given the little time we had, we really enjoyed it! In addition, I recommend this apartment for people like us who were flying to the airport because we were able to walk in 20 minutes without hurrying! Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orietta's home in Venice. We were able to take a water taxis from the airport and get within a couple short blocks of the home. The location is a relatively short walk to St Peter's Square and had plenty of restaurants nearby. My wife really like the way the home was decorated and we used the library of books Orietta has on Venice while we were relaxing.
