Guesthouse holiday rentals in Venetian Lagoon

Great experience in the heart of Venice in a quiet area and a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square! The welcome with many valuable tips was excellent and the room, clean, tidy and comfortable, was the worthy reward of the accommodation hunt after we were lost in the Venetian streets (it would have been enough to follow the Strada Nova and we would have arrived in 20 minutes from Piazzale Roma)... but this is also the beauty of Venice!

This was a perfect stay for us! Great area!! Super close to the ferry Ca D’Oro which made it easy to get to the Airbnb from the bus station. Apartment was small but enough for a trip to Venice. Price was great compared to similar comparable options (all places are expensive in Venice, so we were happy to find this place)! Bjorn was responsive and gave us lots of tips and advice. AC worked (although we only needed it briefly as the place stayed nice and cool despite it being 24 degrees out). Wifi gave us troubles as it’s a pocket wifi so we had to use our phone data a few times but not the end of the world - we were there for the city anyway, not the internet. TV has mainly Italian channels so we watched some music videos when the internet wasn’t great. Overall… Definitely recommend.

It was a very cozy and comfortable experience. You can watch and hear the canals from the window of your room, when we first came to the city, there was a lot of rain and our belongings were getting wet, we wanted to get help from Nello, at least we could have left our backpacks earlier and wandered in the rain as we were told, but we could not get a return and all our belongings were soaked. I would only recommend paying attention to this. Otherwise, we had no problems or problems. Everything was very nice. I can definitely stay here again the next time I come. Would recommend!

We stayed on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 in 2 plus Pippo the dog and from 5 to 7 I was only with Pippo. We met Antonio and his family, people at hand, humble and genuine, accommodation in our expectations, in the open countryside away from civilisation, although in reality a few kilometers from the country, great for disconnecting the brain for a few days , lying on the lounger and green of the countryside as far as the eye can see,there is the possibility of having lunch and dinner in the family home spending very little with natural products,organic cultivated directly by them, excellent crespelle with vegetables. Nature, silence and zero breaks... too bad the last two days have rained a lot and it's been cold but we'll be back in the warm season. Great location, 40/45 Min from Padua and Venice, 30 Min from Vicenza, 20 Min from Bassano del Grappa .

clean, functional room with nice en-suite toilet. take note that it is a guest room so the kitchen is shared and the room is moderately sized. the housekeeper was lovely, and marco was very responsive and helpful. great location as well for exploring venice. not the easiest to find but marco was there when we arrived.

Nice little place. Shared amenities, everything super clean and tidy. A great option for Marco Polo airport “stays”. Many thanks to the host for being super responsive and booking my stay literally the last minute.

Beautiful, peaceful area with private parking in the garden, nearby a good bar 🤩 Everything was just like on photos, apartment was comfortable and clean. Nicola has a really good taste for furnitures, I was delighted! Communication was easy with him, he is helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended ☺️

The place is very nice and clean, it was very nice. They welcomed us very well and Barbara's son speaks English and was able to communicate very well with us. The Roa deal was closed when we arrived at 9:00. The only thing I could observe is that when we arrived at night it seemed a little far from the train station. But it's a nice place, it's a very peaceful neighborhood.
