Holiday rentals with a patio in Vaxholm Municipality

Super séjour dans ce logement. Nicke est très réactif et très gentil. Le logement correspondait à la description et était d’une propreté impeccable. C’était un réel plaisir !

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay in the Heart of Södermalm! We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Stockholm! The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Perfect apartment for exploring Stockholm. Near public transportation and a beautiful shopping mall. We biked and jogged and found a wonderful public swimming pool.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Het was een klein, gezellig, schoon en knus appartement gelegen in een rustige, mooie en groene buurt met vrijstaande huizen. We hebben zelfs een hert zien oversteken. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig alleen is het niet zo geschikt voor lange mensen gezien de hoogte van 1.90 (gelukkig zijn wij kleiner). Strand, supermarkt en bakker waren op loopafstand. We hebben een keer lekker gegeten in restaurant Bryggan Alsten bij de haven, ook op loopafstand maar iets verder weg. Vervoer naar centrum is snel en gemakkelijk met tram en metro. Het was heerlijk om na het drukke centrum thuis te komen in een rustige, dorpse omgeving. Communicatie met Anki was uitstekend. Het was jammer dat we haar niet ontmoet hebben maar bij vragen reageerde ze meteen. Kortom een aanrader.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

Our family had a wonderful one-week stay at Daniel and Malin’s house - the perfect home with the perfect hosts. The house and property are stunning - just as beautiful as in the photos. Everything inside the house was very well-appointed and in great shape - comfortable and clean bedrooms, great kitchen, lovely bathrooms, great electronics (WiFi, smart tv, Sonos home audio). The terrace and outside areas were great and we had numerous meals and family gatherings outside. The area is so tranquil and beautiful, with the stunningly beautiful lake only an eight minute walk away. We even spotted deers in the garden in the evening. Daniel was the perfect host - very helpful and responsive, and very generous in sharing everything their home had to offer, including their son’s toys and books, which my four year old son just loved. We’re already planning another stay here next summer, and cannot recommend this home and host highly enough!

Vi ble mottatt av Egon og hans familie i huset og de viste oss rundt. De var veldig vennlige og vi følte oss med en gang som hjemme. Huset er nydelig, med fantastiske uteplasser og mye utstyr. Her har en alt en trenger, både inne og ute. Bassenget er og oppvarmet om det er en dag uten sol. To gode bad, flott kjøkken og en super utestue som en kan kose seg i på kvelden eller om det er litt kjølig. Det er en kort tur inn til koselige Vaxholm og om en vil på shopping er Stockholm også i rimelig nærhet. Vi hadde bil, men tok og en del buss. Bussen gikk ofte og det er lett å finne fram. Vi vil anbefale dette stedet på det varmeste. Nydelig hus og gode verter. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Charmigt hus med en stor härlig trädgård. Både barn , vuxna och vår hund uppskattade verkligen detta mysiga boende. Fin miljö runt omkring med närhet till hav och bad, skog och promenadstråk. Väldigt vänligt och positivt bemötande.

We have stayed in about 30 AirBnBs but this was our favorite. The rooms caught the morning sunshine through to the evening sunset, everything was so spacious and comfortable. The location was blissful, yet within an easy drive of Vaxholm and Stockholm. Supermarket close by. We all felt so relaxed.

Zeer mooie omgeving en prachtige ligging met zeezicht van 2 kanten. mooie en meerdere terassen. Wij zijn een gezin van 6 pers met 4 jong volwassenen en dat was wat krap. Het slapen op het zetelbed was niet ideaal. Voor wie rust en zee wil is dit perfect. Wij waren helemaal ontspannen. wel opletten dat je de laatste ferry haalt want de tapijten varen ook niet meer na 18.00u!

Anya und Nike sind wirkliche superhosts eines supertollen, neu renovierten Hauses. Alles für ein erstes Abendessen und Frühstück stand bereit in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Klasse Blick auf die Ostsee in einer ruhigen Gegend und doch nah an Stockholm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I recommend this peaceful and quiet place on this beautiful island and right next to the wood. This is perfect for lovers of calm ! The cabin is well decorated with details, which makes the stay really pleasant. Catharina has been responding quickly and the communication has been clear. 😊

Salut la communauté, Ici l’espace est certes petit mais ne vous y trompez pas il est fonctionnel. très bien équipé et acceuillant. parfait pour un séjour dans la capitale suédoise. J’y étais en hiver, pour les vacances de noël, l’appart' est bien chauffé. L’hôte répond vite. tout près du métro, quartier calme. une superette pas loin. bref, au TOP.

Johan and Osyris are incredibly kind hosts and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The apartment is easily accessible by bus and the Roslagsbanan line 27. The location is very quiet and perfect for peaceful walks in the forest. The apartment is well-equipped for 2-3 people. I highly recommend it!

Eliad was a perfect host! Communication was smooth, instructions given were clear! The accommodation was wonderful, right next to transport and the bedding was incredible. I would recommend!

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i Annas koselige og praktiske leilighet. Vi likte området veldig godt, det var rolig og fredelig, med passe lang vei til sentrum og nært sjøen med fine turveier. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Beautiful, clean flat with excellent views of Stockholm. Bedroom was a bit hot so would recommend a fan. Host was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who visits Stockholm!

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

Peter's penthouse was an absolute dream. The space is beautiful and so spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Also, having a washer and dryer was great for our group, as we were traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the stay, and it even snowed while we were there, creating the most magical background. We can't wait to return to Stockholm in the summer months!
