We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

My friends and I loved our stay in this beautiful house! The neighbourhood was very cozy and quiet. Public transportation was close to the house so getting to the city centre was easy. Communicating with Karl was easy and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. All in all we had a great time and highly recommend this place to any group looking for a luxurious stay in Stockholm!

We just spent a fabulous stay at Robin’s place. The main house is so nicely and personally decorated. The sauna and relax places are so well located by the sea. We really enjoyed this paradise in the Swedish archipelago! We will come back for sure!

We had a great time as a five in the house and in the surrounding area. Stockholm is very close and the surrounding islands and nature reserves are also worth a visit. We recommend the place to anyone looking for peace and quiet and still want to have opportunities for activities.

We have stayed in about 30 AirBnBs but this was our favorite. The rooms caught the morning sunshine through to the evening sunset, everything was so spacious and comfortable. The location was blissful, yet within an easy drive of Vaxholm and Stockholm. Supermarket close by. We all felt so relaxed.

Very nice area and beautiful location with sea views from 2 sides. beautiful and multiple terraces. We are a family of 6 people with 4 young adults and that was a bit tight. Sleeping on the sofa bed was not ideal. For those who want peace and sea, this is perfect. We were completely relaxed. make sure you get the last ferry because the carpets don't sail after 6p.m.!

It was a perfect Holiday. Erika and her husband are very nice people. The location of the house nearby the sea and close to Stockholm is amazing.

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Best stay ever!!! It was incredibly beautiful, so I spontaneously extended it another week. The house is so cute, cozy, perfectly equipped and exceptionally clean! Upon arrival, Robert and Diana showed me the surroundings. The two are so warm and always available on site and by message and incredibly helpful. They give great tips for things to do, restaurants, etc. The lake is really right outside the door, very clean and great for swimming. I could borrow the SUP at any time. The sea is also just 2 minutes away. I will never forget the days there and left with a heavy heart. I've rarely had such a perfect place to stay! THANK YOU!

Staying in Pär's apartment in Stockholm was a very positive experience. We were welcomed by the lower house, who gave us a tour and helped with questions. The apartment was much bigger than we thought, and really cozy. Everything was nice and clean. We were well taken care of with linens, clean towels, tourist brochures, and a bottle of bubbles in the fridge. We felt very welcome! The apartment is very central and within walking distance to the city center. There was peace and quiet on the street. Restaurant Lille Capri on the ground floor was a lovely place where we ate 3 times. Here we got great service! Everything in the apartment was in the best order, and Pär was quick to respond if we had any questions along the way. Thank you so much Pär for hosting - we would highly recommend this home to others.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our visiting family. He was very responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Our stay in Edholma was a delight. We were taken by surprise by how big the space was, inside and out. As a family of four there was plenty of room for us and the kids loved exploring it all. The island is peaceful and you can reach water in all directions after a short walk. We felt like we had a private beach area most of the week - we were so lucky with the weather! Karin and Patrik were really responsive when we had questions. The house was super well equipped. Cant wait to return!

Beautiful place to stay outside the city. Ferry jetty Riset is a lovely 20 min walk along the water (check timetables carefully- they are displayed at the jetty). Download the transport app to buy tickets. The boats take you straight into the centre of the city. House was warm and cosy to return to each day with good kitchen facilities. We loved watching the boats. Stockholm is a beautiful city. The museum for the Vasa ship is fantastic. Enjoyed golf at Siggesta. We visited Vaxholm on the ferry expecting some good hiking but it wasn’t really the best place for that. Antonio’s Italian cafe in Nacka Strand was brilliant for a meal before heading to the airport. A great space for our family (2 children age 11 and 14).

We had such a great time at this lovely cottage. We felt at home, the area is so quiet and yet close to a nice cafe, the sea, the grocery store, adventure swimming many hiking trails and not far into Stockholm. Ann-Kristin and Ragnar helped with everything we needed and made the stay so cozy. Thank you for everything, we would love to come back.

Peter and Malin were wonderful hosts that were always very responsive to our texts and last minute requests! Their place was spotless, cozy and has a very well equipped kitchen. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub that overlooked the sunset and the sea. It was the perfect 2-night getaway destination!

We had a wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks in this home. Very tastefully furnished Sea Cottage, with a lot of love for detail. The location is fantastic and the direct and private access to the water invites you to swim and kayak. We were able to relax well here in nature and at the same time Stockholm was easily accessible by ferry or car for sightseeing and shopping. So you have everything here to experience a nice vacation. The hosts were very friendly, relaxed and discreet. Thank you for this perfect vacation!

Very cool place to stay close to stockholm to experience the quite "postcard sweden" but at the same time you can get to the centre of stockholm in about 30 minutes. We used the row boats all the time - very quick, independent and natural way to get to the island. The cabin is cozy, clean and has all the essentials you need. It was a super relaxing stay and we really enjoyed it.

Well, look no further if you want to relax and enjoy the most wonderful retreat on the Stockholm Archipelago. This is it! This property is simply a delight. It offers historic charm and character but is so well furbished. The bed is so comfortable as are the living room chairs. The burner was a real treat. Our hosts were just the best...allowed us privacy but always responded to any request. This was a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. If you want to self-cater, the supermarket is only 3 minutes walk away and satisfies most needs. Quite simply we didn't want to leave. We would without question return if opportunity arose.
