With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Två kajaker plus en liten motorbåt finns oftast att hyra. Stort vardagsrum, kök och matsal i ett (ca 90 kvm), två sällskapsrum till, fyra sovrum och tre badrum. Stor altan med många sittgrupper och jacuzzi. Blåbärsris och skog på baksidan och härligt hav på framsidan.

Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.

The sea cottage

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings (April to mid-September), you can enjoy magical sunsets right from the balcony or the jetty. The cabin is approximately 40 square metres and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the possibility to rent a SUP for wonderful trips on the water.
