The studio villa is a self-contained modern 25 sqm residence, completed in January 2019. All quality furniture and appliances are new, with a 55 inch wall-mounted Smart-TV including 60 channels and free Netflix and HBO. Strong and fast Wifi. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed. Separate shower and toilet facilities. There is a comfy double sofa bed (sleeps 2, can be separated) on the ground floor and a 6 sqm mezzanine/loft where 2 additional persons can sleep on proper beds.

Newly renovated, modern small “fisherman's cabin” with furnished sundeck and orangery. 200 meters to swimming, possibility of sauna (for a fee) with panoramic view of the water, sun-warm cliffs and own jetty next to the fairway. Nature reserve around the corner with great trails. 20 car minutes or 45 enjoyable boat minutes from Strömkajen, Stockholm City with landing Koviksudde, then about 10 minutes walk. Bike rental nearby! NOTE! The stay in the cottage is only for the tenants!

Our guest house was constructed in 2022 and we are renting it out weekly during the summer. Bookings Saturday-Saturday only. There is a 200 meter walk down to the beach and the area has several hiking trails. A 10 minute walk from the house you can catch the boat to Stockholm city. Our house has full amenities with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer and air con. Towels, bedding etc are included. Electricity and water is included. There is parking for 1 car.

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings, you can enjoy magical sunsets directly from the balcony or the jetty. The cottage is about 40 sqm and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the possibility to rent a SUP for wonderful trips on the water.
