Excellent stay on the island of Oleron in the house of Brigitte and Jean Pierre. Location is very central, market, port, restaurants, everything is within walking distance. The bike paths are everywhere for those who love cycling. The house is nicely decorated and functional, the kitchen is perfect. We recommend!

A nice little house tastefully decorated, perfectly clean and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and the outside garden is nice. The house is in a great location, we were able to walk mostly. The neighborhood is quiet and very flowery. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog without fear for her safety in the garden. The owners are very responsive before and during the stay. Everything is done to make you feel at home. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Guillaume and Isabelle! We'll be back!

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of things to do and she won't be on your back. She also loves animals, which makes her a good person.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Top, Sparkling clean We sleep there well even late in the morning... Box for the car located 2 minutes walk with public lighting so no tension to find a parking space ... Nearby restaurants. Very well located for the last visits to the thermal baths and the Royal Corderie. In the immediate vicinity of the ibis hotel: Apartment value superior to this brand. A great apartment, very well located 5 minutes from the sea but also from the Zoo! Multiple points of restorations and supplies. Private parking is really a stress less during the holidays! For sure, we'll be back!!

Very good location. Proximity to beach and coastal paths. Clean space. One downside: the stairs to go upstairs, inconvenient . Avoid with small children even if we didn't have one with us. Too many unnecessary guidelines.
