Clean, renovated and well arranged apartment located a few steps from the ocean and the center of Soulac. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is well equipped, the residence is quiet and a parking space is available. Isabelle is always here to answer any questions. Good place!

Small cozy apartment, ideal for a couple +2 children! Everything is there, even the beach games, umbrella etc...! very functional kitchen, nice little balcony for breakfast for two, small bathroom but very functional too... only downsides (beyond the control of the hosts): nonexistent mobile network, no Wifi and fickle TV. So perfect for unplugging!

We had a delicious day in Royan. The city, the area are beautiful and I think we haven't seen the quarter yet;) Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, it was a real pleasure to enjoy this Royal pied à terre in a great location!

Sandrine is very accommodating with check-in and check-out times and the layout of a lockbox helps with flexibility In addition to a very neat layout, the accommodation has a terrace whose comfort and privacy we enjoyed. if she wants us, we'll come back, even as a couple.

Quiet accommodation, very well equipped and very clean. Fenced and closed with a gate so great with very small ones. 2 steps from the beach through the dune is great. Children and I were delighted.

Pleasant welcome. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The owners also provide bicycles, making it easy for us to go shopping. The bike path is 2 minutes away and took us to beautiful beaches crossing the forest. Really great!

We had a nice welcome and were able to access the house earlier than expected. Christine took the time to show us the house. She also gave us a lot of tips on the must-sees of this beautiful region. The house is very pleasant to stay in, with character, the pine trees around contribute to it. The close access to the beach is very nice and it's very easy to park Cycling is a plus in and around Soulac.

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's who allowed us to discover the surroundings thanks to their very relevant advice. Small downside about the situation on the ground floor of the apartment, which takes away a little of the interest from the terrace ,adjoining on each side...
