Comfortable accommodation, large pleasant and bright studio with sea views. The city center is accessible on foot quite quickly, especially very pleasant by the sea. Isabelle is very responsive in short we had a lovely stay at her place and in St Palais in general.

Very good stay with family with 2 small children, Valérie and her partner welcome you with a smile and kindness, which is a change from most 'key box' rentals. The accommodation has been restored and tastefully decorated, everything is clean and functional, with many amenities. We'll be back with pleasure!

Very nice stay at this family home. Access to the beach is ideal with children, no need to take the car. Everything is designed to host a family. Pleasant sea view in the living rooms. Very easy communication, was able to meet our needs. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful weekend at Olivier's. We were very well received, in person, in this accommodation close to the train station and close to the beaches of Royan. Everything was impeccable, Olivier was very accommodating. The small garden is super nice, for eating outside or for playing a board game. There are all the amenities inside, real separate rooms. I would this place without any restrictions.

Great location, the sea a few metres away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.
