Holiday rentals with a patio in Vaux-sur-Mer

cosi home, neat decor. there is everything you need for a good stay ( appliances++). our hosts have been welcoming and easy. we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The big plus, the air conditioning, much appreciated by these hot weather.

Small break in Royan at Hugo's place who welcomed us very warmly; beautiful bright accommodation tastefully renovated with 2 balconies, very well located, close to everything. We'd love to come back!

An unpretentious accommodation that has everything from a large one: quiet location, and yet close to the beach in the residential and select neighborhood of the park, abundant and quality amenities and a terrace that lends itself to sunny breakfasts. One without fail. Finally, almost a barbecue is missing;-). Bravo and thank you

Thanks to Edith and Philippe for having us, beautiful stay in a spacious, new, modern, bright, pleasant, quiet accommodation, arranged with great taste to feel at home, car in the secure parking lot, did everything on foot because everything is nearby. We had a lovely stay at Eric and Sylvie's who are very nice, welcoming and have good advice. The accommodation is very independent, the pool is nice but we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather. The accommodation is not very large but clean and well arranged, the outside is very large and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. All in the center of a beautiful area, so convenient to visit.

Small and well-appointed accommodation, tasteful, functional. Modern kitchen and bathroom, very clean. Jean-Claude is an attentive host, he gave us a small bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. He is available and accommodating.

Also a big thank you for the flexibility on arrival because we encountered a car breakdown, so we arrived late and despite that the person who welcomed us was great. We were able to text to warn it was perfect The accommodation is great, we were able to enjoy the outdoors in the evening because we had beautiful sunshine. If we come back to the area we will book in this place without any problem

We had a very relaxing stay. The home was beautiful with everything needed. It is accurately described and we weren’t disappointed. The kids, young and old enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and laundry room made coming home a breeze with clean clothes. We stayed just out of summer season so it was pretty quiet and some shops in St Palais sur mer were closed. Large supermarkets were a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Clean and as described. Sebastien responds quickly and kindly to our last minute reservation, which is very nice. Small downside on extras (linen) which is in our opinion expensive and makes the overall rental price too expensive for this small accommodation.

Great weekend in this place, I recommend. If you want to walk around, the accommodation is 5 minutes from the Royan coast. Hélène was very responsive and cordial.
