The accommodation matches the photos, very clean and perfectly located, a few minutes walk from the beach. Vanessa is very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time, thanks for everything! Small downside for families with infants: there is no high chair or mattress in the crib. Apart from that, everything was spotless. Highly recommend this apartment ++.

Very nice stay What a luxury to have the beach so close on foot; out of season it's a delight for those who come with a dog that Myriam kindly agrees to host The accommodation is cozy Shops are also within walking distance (not very open this season) and the 1st supermarket is 5 min drive. Be careful though if your dog is afraid of narrow and spiral stairs and openwork

Philippe offers a superb apartment close to the center of Royan and its beach. The accommodation is very pleasant, with charm, well-equipped, functional, and in a great location. For a family of four like us, it was perfect.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Romain's apartment is as described, pleasant and very well-equipped. It is located very close to shops, but quiet and a few meters from the beach. After a week-long stay, I would recommend this apartment.

The house was really perfect. Very comfortable and complete. Located 5 min walk from the sea. Close to town. 5 min by bike. We loved the garden as well. Big and lots of trees with a nice hottub and jeux de boules area. We love to come back next year!

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

Late check-in time for us, but Vanessa is very flexible about it. Very welcoming, explains things very well, his good humor and smile are great 🥳 We came to stay in this very quiet, soothing setting to go to the St Jean d 'Angély motorcycle cross which remains nearby. A place identical to the photos, relaxing, warm, nothing to say! Top notch 👌

Small house nice to live in, nice decor, functional, and well equipped Pretty little well exposed and shaded garden, and being able to get in the car is a big plus Very good communication and we appreciated the key box which allows easy and stress-free check-in:) The book left in the house is well made and very detailed A lot of daytime traffic on the road in front of the house, it surprised us because the house is in a small hamlet in the marshes. This may not be the case all the time ( we of Ascension ) Luckily, the nights are quiet so we slept well Very good restaurant ( great terrace ) right next to the small port of Les Salines!

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Super pleasant apartment to live in, with a simply extra sea view! The terrace is really nice all the time: in summer, we live outside and with the sea breeze. Only downside: small smells of sewage not very pleasant in the apartment, this was reported to the person who takes care of the arrivals and departures.

Franck is a responsive host who responds quickly to messages and bends over backwards to make guests feel at their best. The walking distance from the beach and the park is very nice. It is also very easy to shop nearby and park the car. The accommodation is well equipped, especially for children and very clean.
