Private guesthouse with a living room with sofa bed where 2 can sleep, loft with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. Fridge, coffee maker available. Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets can be offered for a fee: SEK 70 per bed set. Please advise in advance. Arriesjön is approximately 1 km walk. There is a café and bakery (arriesjöns café) that has breakfast buns, coffee and lunch. Parking with charging station for electric car SEK 3/kWh. The garden with patios and barbecue area is shared with us who live here next door.

Annex building with fresh apartment suitable for 2 people. The apartment has combined kitchen/ living room and separate sleeping area with double bed ( 180cm). The kitchen has two hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave are available. Coffee machine is available. The apartment is equipped with what you need for easier cooking. Sheets and towels are provided, just come and stay comfortably. The train station is about 1 km away by train towards Malmö/ Lund/ Helsingborg and Ystad/Simrishamn. There is a bus stop towards Malmö near the house.

The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
