Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, or those who visit Gothenburg on a couple's weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children).
