THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Huset ligger i direkt anslutning till en mysig och barnvänlig badvik med bryggor och sandstrand, Börja dagen med ett morgondopp. Ta frukosten i trädgården. Njut av havsutsikten och fågelkvittret. Kanske en tur med kajaken. Och avsluta dagen i bubbelpoolen efter en grillning på altanen. Vill du kombinera med stadslivet i Göteborg kör du dit på 15 minuter. Ännu närmre till stora shoppingcenter. Här får du uppleva Göteborgs unika skärgård samtidigt som du har tillgång till Göteborgs övriga utbud.

A cozy courner flat close to everything: just a 2-minute walk to the nearest tram stop "Positivgatan", a 4-minute walk to the newly built grocery store, and gym right next door. 5-minute walk to the Ruddalen forest area, with its nature trails and sports facilities, and 10 minutes to the large shopping center Frölunda Torg. Only a 10-minute drive to the sea and popular beaches like Näset, Askim, and Fiskebäck. Bed linens and towels are included, along with shower essentials and a hairdryer.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Vill du in till stan går expressbussen dit på en kvart, eller så tar du bilen på 10 min. Gratis parkering finns på tomten. Huset är utrustat med allt du behöver för en skön vistelse.

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg och det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
