A lovely cabin at Holsen

Welcome to our little gem located by Holsavatnet, 20 minutes east of Førde in the direction of Gaularfjellet. Here you have a great starting point for hiking, fishing and, not least, swimming, since the cabin is located right by the water. With us, you also have the opportunity to borrow a canoe and kayak (however, we require that you have completed a kayaking course - for your own safety) We have life jackets and fishing gear available. A short distance to experiences in Gaularfjellet, Jølster, Førde and Sunnfjord. The absolute maximum number of guests is 6.

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

The cabin is beautifully located at Jølstervannet close to highway E39( this can cause traffic noise)an area with scattered cabin buildings . Jølster offers beautiful scenery and excellent fishing opportunities in Jølstervannet, which is known as a very good fishing lake. Here is great hiking terrain with marked hiking trails. From the cabin it is a short distance to the shop,golf course and Jølster ski center. Jølster can offer cultural experiences,local crafts ,art museum. From the cabin it is walking distance to Tindefjelle and Steinegga.

Experience true cabin comfort in 100 square metres with panoramic views and a wilderness feel. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a loft living room with a sofa bed, and 7 beds. Fireplace with firewood included. A short distance to the ski resort, salmon river, golf course and shop. Good parking. You can borrow bed linen/towels, provided you wash them at 60 degrees and hang them up before departure, or bring your own. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Cozy cabin right on the seafront, with the fjord as the closest neighbor. The cabin consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and loft. Plus, there is a great barbecue house. Here you can enjoy quiet days at the fjord or you have a good starting point for getting around the many sights and activities the area has to offer. The cabin can be used throughout the year, summer and winter. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to Stryn city center. To Loen Skylift about 15-20 minutes.

The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.
