Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Das Haus verfügt über ein Ruderboot an eigener Uferlinie, Sauna. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Netflix TV

Cozy house in the forest outside Mariestad

Unwind in this oasis and enjoy the silence in the middle of the forest on one of Sweden's smallest plateau mountains. Not far from the house is Kvarnstensgruvan, where you can explore the mines and eat something. There are many hiking trails and nice walking paths in the area. 8 km away is a swimming lake where you also can buy a fishing license. In winter, it is close to a large toboggan run. Electric car chargers are available. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 800.

Karlstad city center is 8 km away, and a shopping center with grocery store is just 5 km from the property. Includes an oven/microwave combo, hot plate, fridge/freezer, and a TV with Chromecast for streaming. Double bed (160x200 cm) and an air mattress (sleeps 3 total). Bed linens and towels are included for your convenience.

The 160 sqm property offers 5 rooms, an open plan design, high ceilings, and large windows with stunning Lake Vänern views. A double garage with an electronic gate and storage/office space plus a 3533 sqm plot with private beach, boat dock, and 2 guest cottages complete the package. The lake-facing deck offers perfect outdoor dining and relaxation space.

Mysig stuga med alpacka och sjöutsikt!

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. Stunning lakeview, beautiful house

A well-loved family house which has been home to five generations. Most of the house has been newly renovated 2013-2015. It is located on its own on the island of Torsö with a vast garden and a stunning view of lake Vänern from the spacious terrace.
