The kitchen has coffee, tea, a microwave, a fridge, an induction hob, a hot air fryer and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage. Herrestad ligger som en grön oas mitt i en lantbruksbygd och nära Sveriges största sötvattensjö. Djurlivet är rikt, både när det gäller fågelliv och hjortdjur. Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden och husen är omgivna av flera olika sorters vackra lövträd.

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.
