Find peace and quiet in the middle of the Värmland forest. The house is located 800 meters from a lake, 10 minutes from the city center, on a private road without neighbors. Here you have access to a hot tub, a patio for barbecuing, a large bedroom indoors and a newly-built guest house with two sofa beds. Charging box for electric cars is available. The location is optimal if you need to get away from the stress of the big city and just enjoy the tranquility. Relax in the hot tub, take long walks, light a fire in the stove, and let your soul rest.

The staff residence at Storön Gården

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

The apartment of about 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just a 5-minute walk from Göta Älv. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and sheets and towels are included. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen center, there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.

There is a large and lovely kitchen to socialize in and the bathroom is dressed in marble. Suitable for both a lone traveler or a couple who want to get away for some peace and quiet. But also a vacation for the family or company that needs a full-service apartment.

Here you have the forest as your closest neighbor, with a spacious balcony of 120 square meters with both a pool and a hot tub. 150 meters away, you can reach the swimming area for those who want to take a swim in the lake.
