Holiday rentals with a pool in Valencian Community

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

The house is great for going for a few days of disconnection, you can breathe a lot of tranquility. It is very clean inside, and well maintained. It has an outdoor area with large BBQ that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe it takes a bit of kitchenware - utensils for the BBQ, but it is not something that prevents you from doing it without problems. Gareth is a very kind and thoughtful host. Recommended place.

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Very good contact with the owner, very responsive and attentive. Great stay twice. Recommended +++

Very nice, modern place on quiet side of town but close to Denia, Ondara, beaches.

We had a great stay here! Was a perfect base and not far from local beaches and Alicante. It is also only 10 minutes from the airport and a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants! The area was very quiet and perfect for relaxing; the heated pool was a lovely addition and meant that we were able to use it even on the cooler days! Anze and housekeeper Melinda were easily contactable throughout our stay and were able to promptly respond to messages and answer our questions! We were also able to check in earlier which really helped us to start our holiday!

The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. Maria Amparo was very friendly, super responsive, made us feel at home. I definitely recommend.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We couldn't have felt more comfortable. You are really right on the beach, it is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance.

I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Juan is the best host you will ever meet. His Villa was stunning and provided more than enough room for the 8 of us. The Villa is in a beautiful little area that was quiet and peaceful. The train is a short walk, literally in a straight line from the front door. Any time we had challenges with transportation Juan was right there to help us which was so appreciated by us as a group. The icing on the cake was that we got to meet him on the night before we left. He is a great person and we would definitely stay at the Villa again.

We had a lovely time. The apartment matched the pictures, the small pool to refresh was great. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned once during our stay of 11 days. The walk to Denia into town was 45 minutes further than we had in mind. Many thanks to Maria, she was always available, the communication was great and we were spoiled with fruit from her own garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose's place. The location was excellent - you can walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, take a bus downtown, or enjoy the nearby parks in the evening. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to try the pool right in front of the building, but I'm sure it would have been fun.
