Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valencia

Amparo and Paula are not only exceptional hosts, they are exceptional people. They went above and beyond what you would expect of Airbnb hosts to ensure that we had the best stay possible. Amparo and Paula are helpful, generous, kind individuals who treat people how they would want to be treated. The property felt very welcoming – it was clean, tidy and amenities were provided to make our stay more comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked with equipment and tableware. We enjoyed the property’s pool and the beachfront. The local area was incredibly peaceful and felt safe. There is a shop just around the corner, which will probably have almost everything you need, and a larger supermarket which is further away (in the same area as the restaurants/cafes). The food we ate at the local restaurants/cafes (about a 20 minute walk away) was excellent. It’s also only just 2 euros for a ticket to Valencia city centre on a comfortable bus. We would happily stay again…

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Myriam's chalet is wonderful. It is spacious and cosy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very large and well equipped with coffeemachine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and stove The tv has a great soundbar. The veranda is perfect, the views are awesome and the backyard is huge, as is the parking space in front of the house. We enjoyed the pool and the quietness. The chalet is easy to find and well located at ca 5 minutes drive from Montserrat where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, plenty of pubs and restaurants. We loved the soft fleece blankets which came out handy during the cool evenings on the couch. A shower curtain in one bathroom, cushions for the sun loungers and a small (sauce-) pan to boil water in or cooker for tea would have been convenient, but we got by perfectly anyway. Miryam welcomed us warmly and was always reachable. Gracias Miriyam! Nos encantaría volver🥰

It was super relaxed! We loved this little house. Actually, we wanted to take a look at Valencia, but we enjoyed the surroundings so much that we stayed almost exclusively in Sagunt. In the village, you will be greeted despite the obvious tourist status. Communication great.

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

Stunning apartment, super location. In the middle of the hussle and bussle of Valencia. Close to the station, closer to lots of restaurants. Ideal location for exploring the city!! Great and friendly host.

Myself and my wife stayed here for one month in early 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a lovely apartment with a beautiful private terrace right in the heart of the old town of Valencia. The wifi was perfect for me working remotely during my stay and had a nice office space upstairs leading onto the terrace. The place is pretty well stocked for long stays (albeit with no pots, but four mops), and the bed was very comfortable. Marian was a great host and was always quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions, I would highly recommend staying with her!

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Super comfortable apartment, had everything we needed. After the 10 days we spent there it really did feel like home!

This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

We had a lovely stay at this apartment which was clean and very spacious for 2 people. It is located close to the sea and metro lines so access to the city center is easy. Only downside, we could hear a lot from the neighbors above. But it's a classic apartment in the center of Valencia. Despite this we slept well because the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is pleasant to stay in. I recommend it!

This is a great place to stay - very comfortable, cozy and beautiful apartment . The location is perfect - all shops and parks and transport are within walking distance. Julia is very friendly and caring . The apartment is perfectly clean . Upon arrival, ours was waiting for a gift - wine and fruits. This is in addition to the fact that the apartment had tea , coffee, oil , water and much more that we usually buy ourselves . It's very nice to feel such care and hospitality .

Unbeatable stay in the accommodation of Juan Carlos, the house was absolutely impeccable, faithful to the description, special mention to the garden/pool area that is spectacular, very clean house and with everything you need to be comfortable, Juan Carlos has treated us very well at all times making us feel at home, it is a real pleasure to deal with people like that, I will definitely repeat in the future and of course I 100% recommend this accommodation!

There were six of us over an extended weekend there and the house was perfect for our purposes. Very spacious, super equipped, uncomplicated landlord and easy access to the train to go to the city (about 30 min). All in all absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Adriana’s. The villa and pool were amazing! The location is peaceful and quiet. As someone else mentioned, cats do pay regular visits. The only slight negative was we had to wait 60 mins after than the agreed check-in which wasn’t ideal with kids given the heat. This wasn’t Adriana’s fault and she was easy and prompt to communicate with about it. We would definitely recommend this place!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

an ideal home for a quiet holiday. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the gardens and fields. the house has everything for enjoying life. Gabriel was always in touch and helped with everything.the house is very clean and cozy. Valencia can be reached by metro in 15 minutes. be sure to feed the cute cats.

We really enjoyed the week in Susan's great house and beautiful garden. Everything is very cozy and generous, we were there with two families and had a lot of space. The children discovered many animals in the garden and enjoyed playing with the dog. The pool and the terrace are huge and you can listen to the frogs in the evening. Susan is very kind and cool. You are quickly in the mountains and quickly in Valencia. We would absolutely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!
