Holiday rentals with beach access in Valencia

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

Len is a very kind and helpful host. Our stay was perfect and the apartment was clean, comfortable and with a good position. Len was always available during our stay for any questions or advice. I highly recommend her!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super beautiful view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there perfectly. You drive down the mountain and you are immediately at a very nice beach and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera centre is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

The apartment is impeccable, a safe area, a little noisy in the morning, but a very good location to get around! I recommend it! The host is super friendly! The apartment is very well equipped!

The stay was super nice. Daiana was very nice to us and sent a dossier before the stay, which was very helpful, for example, for bus trips or taxis. In addition, she responds very quickly and also answers questions about the environment and other small things. The way to Valencia is very good and without changes thanks to the bus line in the village. The well-equipped kitchen can be used very well to cook for yourself. The location on the beach is great, you can hear the sea rushing and can take beautiful walks on the promenade. Overall, the accommodation is perfect for a holiday for two. We enjoyed the time very much and may come back.😁☺️

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.
