A 40-square-metre apartment on the first floor in Cabañal, with a 15-step staircase typical of the buildings in the Poblados Marítimos of Valencia. Staircase providing access to two apartments, both of which are my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with a separate entrance. I am available at all times via the app, 24 hours a day, for any questions or needs.
