Have a good weekend in this beautiful house, well laid out and with a beautiful plot. Carly was responsive to our messages. The children loved the small pool in view of the heat. I would recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

The accommodation was very clean, in the centre with all the shops nearby to do on foot. You park your car and forget about it. Spacious, well laid out with storage and also the basic kitchens (type salt, pepper, oil, coffee, paper towels etc. very appreciated to have the minimum necessary) Bedding and cleanliness of the bathroom impeccable. Everything was perfect. If I had to find a fault with the apartment it would probably be the lack of a shutter for those like me who sleep in complete darkness (but there are curtains). I highly recommend this accommodation which is very well located with convenient parking spaces. The host is very helpful, kind and welcoming. Thank you so much, we'll be back.

We had a great stay at Sandra's. Apartment faithful to the description, clean with everything you need and 5 min walk from the centre, easy to park. Sandra allowed us to arrive a little earlier, we enjoyed it. I recommend

We spent a weekend at Florian's place. Very clean, easy to access, peaceful accommodation. The spa is very pleasant, with multiple functions. We recommend this listing and will come back if we have a chance. Florian is very responsive and attentive when needed.

We had a great stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I was in Caen for a conference so I didn't enjoy the accommodation or the beautiful little garden much, but everything worked perfectly. Guillaume, who I met, is a great host!

Pleasant stay at Karin's. Close to the city center and the sea. Nearby shops and a beautiful walk along the coast.

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

We were warmly received. We were shown around and everything was shown to us. The area is very nice and you can do a lot. A walk on the beach is a must. The place is very nice and offers everything you need.

We had a good time in the beautiful, well-kept apartment with everything on and in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We didn't see Olivier but the communication was great! Definitely recommended
