This non-smoking accommodation, open year-round, is strictly reserved for 2 people. You will have access to a private sauna and jacuzzi, an equipped kitchen Bed linen included, towels for the Jacuzzi and bathroom and cleaning included.

The Boulevard Apartment

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub)

The property "Les Chambres de Capucine" of 1.4 ha crossed by a river (1st cat) rents a mill (Middle Ages) tastefully restored (10 people max). Its equipped kitchen allows you to eat in the dining area or on the terrace. Its garden (barbecue) with outdoor Jacuzzi and walks in shared spaces (orchard, vegetable garden, pontoon, peninsula) close to the meadows of our two Highlands Cattle cows will enchant you. The petanque court on the banks of the river awaits you.

Enjoy a bright little house in the city center with the option of parking a vehicle in front of the house or in the nearby parking lot. All shops within walking distance (bakery, restaurants, convenience stores, etc.). Well-equipped accommodation. Flexible hours only upon request except Sundays. Check-in is available between 5pm and 10pm. No arrivals after 10:00 p.m. Requests for refunds for off-price cancellations are no longer negotiable.
