Greener Pastures Gites, Vassy - for groups of 4-14

Two gîtes which when combined, create a large gîte for up to 14 people in 5 bedrooms. I have a natural swimming pool, table tennis, bbq, seating and eating areas, children’s play area, boules. I am 20 minutes from water sports and other adventure activities for all ages. A perfect place for family reunions. Please note, I have recently had frequent breaches of my house rules, so please, no parties, loud music or any noise outside after 23h, nor any extra guests who have not paid.

Norman Cottage in the heart of the Vire Valley

Formerly a baronial residence, this recently renovated house is waiting for you. Dating back to the 18th century, this house was well known throughout the village, and even today, many locals remember spending time there. The renovation focused on highlighting natural materials (wood, stone) while adding a modern touch. A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful quiet village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar/restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

Our house is located in the heart of the manly grove. The environment is particularly quiet, it is located within a farm.You can stay from 8 to 10 people in the house ( 4 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed in the living room)It is equipped so that you can have a pleasant stay.You can discover the life of the farmyard(egg picking, feeding chickens) small vegetable garden under greenhouse with possibility to eat cherry tomatoes in the season. Dry outside toilets.

Tree park of 17,000 m² with body of water, stream and swimming pool including a tipi for 15 people, 3 yurts for 4 people, 1 trailer for 4 people and 1 pod for 4 people, two sanitary blocks with hot water (3 wc, 5 showers, 4 sinks) and an outdoor kitchen. The indoor and heated pool is free access from 10am to sunset. Petanque court, ping pong table, barbecue. 15 euros per additional person. 8 euros for visitors.
