We stayed here as had a family wedding close by. It was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to walk to local shops and cafes.

Lovely quirky cottage with spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen. Very well equipped and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Had a very relaxed one night stay. Great that the check out time was 12pm, much appreciated. Many thanks.

Karen and Steve were fantastic hosts, they were flexible with both check in and check out times for our stay, which made the move in and out much easier on our cat Simba. The place itself is beautiful, a real home-from-home with modern amenities, a peaceful and spacious living area and everything we needed for our two week stay. They even offered a bedding change after the first week if needed. We would be very happy to stay here again, and would have stayed for longer if it were available

Only used as a place to stay after a wedding but would’ve loved to stay longer! Good communication, lovely and clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely return

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

they just checked all the boxes - clean, quiet, but great location, easy check-in.. great for business travel. the common spaces are fantastic, highly recommended

The Island House is a beautiful, comfortable oasis surrounded by green space and with views of a branch of the Thames. It is private, quiet and light-filled, affording a view of the diverse birds in the trees and passing swans on the river, while also within 8 minutes drive of Hampton train station with easy links to central London. There are cute pubs and restaurants in the local town (about 15-20 min walk or 2 min drive) and nearby towns, and expansive Bushy Park and Hampton Court are just 15 minutes drive. If you don't fancy a walk and don't have a car, but want a quiet weekend away without cooking - many local restaurants and grocery stores deliver to the location. Lisa is friendly and responsive and welcomed me with coffee, tea, fresh bread, milk, butter and fresh pressed juice. Staying at the Island House was such a treat; exactly the restful spot I was looking for while in the greater London area. Thank you Lisa!

Daniel is very kind and approachable. He explained the property and how to use amenities very clearly. He was actively responsive all the time. We loved to stay here and also extended our stay just because we felt very comfortable to relax here. Would highly recommend to experience this property and would surely visit here again next time.

This place is fantastic. The space is well thought out and has everything you need inside and outside. The bathroom is particularly stunning with a great big shower. There is a great patio area with hot & cold taps outside to wash muddy boots & paws. It is peaceful with stunning walks direct from the door. The best thing about this place are the fantastic hosts who went above & beyond to help myself and my daughter. Both before we arrived and during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we will be back in the near future

Lovely place to stay for 1 or 2 nights when you need access to Wembley / Central London. Private with clear instructions for self check-in and out. Would use again.

It’s my second time staying here and again Vania and her husband Chris made me feel welcome Check in time was flexible, Chris was so lovely , had one of his lads help me up the stairs with my suitcase and he’s always attentive to make sure I’m ok and if I needed anything. had my girls over for dinner and next day when I checked out I gave some cupcakes to Chris to give to everyone at the barbershop and to vania too as a thank you for being great hosts!! I will be back again soon and highly recommend Many thanks again for making me feel comfortable and at ease

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Our entire experience at Victorian Lodge was wonderful from check in to check out. Hamish was a fantastic host. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. Our cozy family Christmas was further enhanced by the beautiful tree and decorations that Hamish and Susie had put up. The welcome hamper was an unexpected surprise. The cottage is exactly as described, maybe even better! If we were to return to the Windsor area, we would absolutely book with Susie and Hamish again!

Just back from a lovely stay in Old Windsor. The accommodation was beautiful, and looked after by the lovely and helpful Lucy. Windsor & Datchet are a 30 minute walk or 2 minutes in the Car or bus. Slough is 10 minutes away and a great train service which gets you into London within 15 mins. Casa by Grace is a beautiful home and immaculate inside, couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.
