You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Because the villa is used as an office during business hours, the beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed and large ensuite bathroom, modern kitchen-diner, and terrace with a veranda are offered as an Airbnb on weekends and holidays. The second floor features a living room with a smart TV, two bedrooms with double beds, two showers, toilets, and a kitchenette. A crib is also available.

Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.
