Villa holiday rentals in Utrecht

we stayed around 10 days and had very good experience. We felt like we stayed in our own house. The house has all the basic and luxurious amenities. The space has spotless furniture, Squeaky-clean bathrooms & linen, pristine kitchen. The space has Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and very close to city center and railway station. The host is always proactive, responsive and friendly for the comfortable stay. We would recommend this is a perfect space for short and long stay and a great worth.

Wonderful experience. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was just as described in the ad. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Easily able to walk into town and along the bike paths.

We had a perfect stay! The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the house was spotless and well-equipped. We came as a family and had a great time. The owner is extremely responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

An ideal solution for those who want to find some peace compared to the center of Amsterdam. The house is nestled in a typical village, quiet and relax assured. There are other villages nearby that offer restaurants and supermarkets, I recommend renting or driving.

It is an absolutely beautiful place to stay at, wonderful location and comfortable. Everything was clean, however, we found it very strange that for a stay for 5 people for 7 nights we only got 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 bin bags and 10ml sachet of washing up liquid. There is also no soap in the toilet. Hosts are very responsive and the they were both lovely in person at reception too. We would happily return (armed with the knowledge that we will have to spend some more on the basics that we will end up having to leave behind.)

We had a great time at Cecile’s home for our family’s first vacation to the Netherlands. Both the home and the town of Loenen aan de Vecht are beautiful. From the moment of booking to checking out Cecile was responsive, helpful, and friendly. She was also flexible and allowed us an early check in. We were celebrating one of my children’s birthday while visiting & she purchased a cake for us to have ready for our arrival as well as some treats - even had fresh eggs, cheese, and milk waiting for us. The house was clean and well organized with many amenities. The “house manual” provided had useful info about the house as well as great resources and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed biking around the village and visiting the bakery and several restaurants all within walking distance. Getting to and from Amsterdam and surrounding towns was quick and easy- Cecile also gave driver recommendations which was a very helpful resource. Great house/host! Hope to visit again!

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

Great place in a beautiful location in the vicinity of Amsterdam

We loved our holiday at Esthers beautiful home. Esther had prepared eveything we could possibly need for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The children loved their bedrooms and all the toys. The beautifully landscaped garden was fantastic with lots of areas to relax and socialise. The oversized pool chairs were so comfortable and soft and the pool was lovely and warm, even on the cooler days. There were plenty pool toys & inflatables for the kids. The family bikes were at our disposal (including 2 electric) and the bicycle lanes are excellent. The location is quiet and family friendly yet stones throw from Amsterdam by car.

We had a wonderful holiday cycling, boating and relaxing. The house is in a fantastic location and very private. Rik, the host, provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations and organized the hire of a boat for our two weeks. Communication was easy and excellent and the whole process was without drama. If you have not tried a holiday in the Netherlands (as we hadn’t) and you like fresh water swimming, great restaurants and drinks on a terrace watching the wildlife then this good be the place for you. We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

With a group of foreign guests from three continents, we stayed at the lovely lodge for 10 days. The place was excellent for this. We haven't been to the park much as a group: it served as a sleeping and breakfast spot, and once as a dinner spot, where the well-equipped kitchen came in handy. All the rooms for the guests have their own toilet and shower room and that benefits the privacy during such a stay. We would not look further for another occasion, but immediately look at this location again. The contacts with Mark, during the booking, with possibility to see the spaces in advance, and also the contacts with Mark and the people of the reception were very friendly. Highly recommended!

we had a great stay of 3 days. Enjoyed the surrounding nature, and all amenities that the camping offers, the swimming pool and the little farm were very much appreciated by my children. would definitely come back for a longer stay. we were licky to have great weather also :D

It was wonderful! The house is a dream, the outdoor area with a large terrace including a fireplace, pool, and a beautiful garden is even more so. We enjoyed the house so much that we simply canceled some plans for the weekend to stay there. Ank is always approachable and was able to support us with her kind and friendly manner whenever we needed it. Truly a dream place! We love it!
