Apartment holiday rentals in Utrecht

We had a nice stay at Kris's place! Everything matched the description, and communication with them if needed is facilitated by the presence of a landline phone within the listing, directly related to theirs. The nearby tram (-10min walk) is also a great advantage to visit Utrecht. I'm just wondering about the need for the form to fill out upon arrival. Anyway, it's a good place at a great price!

We had a wonderful stay in Utrecht. The apartment is great, in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the garden. We did a lot of cycling, combining art, culture and nature. The train station is also very close and the beautiful Maxima Park is right on the doorstep. What else could you ask for? Many thanks to Petra

Marjan's space is exceptional, exactly as described and in the photos of the listing. It was extremely clean and is super cozy, we felt at home. Marjan was very attentive and there were several tips for restaurants and tours available. The location is not close to the centre of Amsterdam (40 minutes by car or 1h-1h30 by public transport), however, it was not a problem.

Nice and unique appartment with great hosts. Tailor-made for a stay with kids (a lot to explore and discover). Very well equiped kitchen (nothing was missing). Located in a quiet and cozy area in the suburb of Utrecht (train/bus connections around the corner). We really enjoyed our stay!

I stayed in the studio for a couple of days to work and because I had to be in Amersfoort and Utrecht. Very nice quiet base. Easily accessible and top wifi. Contact with Annemarie went very well. Please come back to explore the area better!

An absolute gem of a find, clean, absolutely beautiful inside (even better than the photos!) and fully stocked with everything you would need. We spent five weeks here feeling grateful for the beautiful interior and the huge park nearby. Easy to walk to shops, parks and into the station or there is plenty of buses. Bed was very comfortable, the couch and lounge perfect and the balcony is a wonderful big space. The kitchen is fully stocked and very big, we cooked everyday and found it had all we needed and more. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Every interaction we had was just lovely. Highly recommended!

Hilversum was so beautiful, and Diependaalselaan was a really nice neighborhood. It was easy to walk to and from centrum. It was such a calm and peaceful place. It is also really near a local grocery store called Hoogvljiet. Terrence was terrific and so kind to us when we checked in. He was available when we had questions and he recommend tourist attractions for us to visit. It was such a delight to stay at his Airbnb. The Airbnb was really cozy, and it was the exact thing we needed. It was a comfortable bed and the bathroom was quite nice. The kitchen was really handy and it was easy to store and make food. The fridge was just big enough. We really recommend staying at his Airbnb!

This place is quirky - just like we expected Fabulous to sit out and chill on the canal - right outside of the property This property is very traditional so do not expect sleek modern finishes in all areas It was an amazing traditional visit

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the animals. Gerline and her husband are great hosts and the accommodation is perfect as a starting point for excursions. Everything is available in the accommodation itself and nothing is missing, it was very clean and well maintained. Communication with Gerline was smooth and straightforward.

What a fantastic family hosted us in Abcoude for one week. This was one of the best airbnb experiences I have ever had. House is located in beautiful area, in a greenery, beside canal and with lot of animals all around. Village with great cafes, restaurant and supermarket is just 10 minites on foot. Bianka and Dick provided us more than it was described when we made a reservation, such as cribs for babies, bicycle with child seat, eggs from their farm, transport to village rail station on the last day. We would definitely like to come back to this house as soon as possible.

We had a great time in Naarden and enjoyed the space to explore the surrounding areas, had some proper night sleeps with our little one and can recommend it. Great Airbnb and great host as part of our trip across the Netherlands.

We had a lovely stay with my two dogs. There is a park nearby which is really beautiful and you can also visit the castle by foot. Other then that you're everywhere rather quickly by car so it was perfect for our weekend stay. Can really recommend!

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the pot-bellied pig that came to visit us outside at breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor hot tub. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully decorated, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, accessible by car. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.
