You'll love my place because it's an accommodation in a century-old wharf cellar, with all the trimmings. The basement was completely renovated in early 2019 and furnished with a new modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Authentic, comfortable workers' house (1910) with lovely garden. A quiet place in a village part of Utrecht and yet close to shops, stations and the city center, with all kinds of nice coffee and eateries 'around the corner'. There are 3-4 sleeping places: the "master bedroom" (bed 140x200) and the sofa bed in the living room (120x200), all without morning sun. Furthermore, you can put your own crib in the room of one of my daughters.

Close to nature reserves and the recreation area of the Maarseveense lakes. The cities of Utrecht and Amsterdam are also close by (20-25 minutes by car). Lovely place to relax. The house has a nice kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas stove. There are solar panels on the roof.
