Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Utrecht

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The amenities were more than very good (fresh fruit, baked rolls, drinks), the location was quiet and the landlady was very friendly and helpful. With their help, we were able to experience a few great excursions. Great tips and good places that are suitable for dogs. The fenced garden was also ideal for our dogs. They were able to stay there without being on a leash. There were also bowls, a blanket and dog bones for you The terrace with the well-equipped garden furniture also invited you to linger. You can walk to the great dunes, where the dogs can really romp. Simply great for people and animals. Thank you for the hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Very warm welcome from Ruud and Peter, immediate help with lifting. The house was completely as expected, and a little better. A comfortable bed, wonderfully fresh-smelling bedding and towels. We had a nice weekend in cottage de Nink. Clean and tidy house, which was equipped with all comforts with a beautiful view over a meadow. It was right along a somewhat busy road, so the real forest feeling is a little less because of this. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

It was a wonderful stay in a sweet and very cozy accommodation! When we come back to Amsterdam, we definitely want to stay in Astrid's little cuddly cottage again! Everything you need is available here. There is also a selection of spices, coffee and tea available, as well as sufficient cooking utensils and dishes. The house was very clean and tastefully cozy. The beds were very comfortable too. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as is the bus stop with a good connection to Amsterdam. All in all, a five-star-plus accommodation! We (group of friends) were at the cottage for the 3rd time. It is a wonderful, cozy, very complete house. You have everything you need. Just do it!

We were very happy to stay with Lydian and Sander in this beautiful little house of theirs. We felt immediately at home.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

Such a lovely stay! This place was exactly what we needed — peaceful, cozy, and away from all the city noise. The cottage is super cute, clean, and has everything you need. Loved waking up to the sounds of farm animals, and it’s close to some handy local grocers too. The host, Marit was amazing — super responsive and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy a bit of countryside bliss. We’d definitely come back!

It’s very good and charming place to stay

Eat a nice cottage! There were two of us here for a workation: working during the day but in a different environment for the holiday feeling outside working hours. We were able to set up two workspaces, one in the kitchen and one in the attic. There were better chairs for us for that reason, very nice. It is small but meets all expectations, well described and even more atmospheric than expected in advance. The weather was nice so also nice in the garden.

We spent nine days in this fantastic bed and breakfast. We were particularly fascinated by the garden, what grows there and how lovingly everything was combined, just great. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine and having good and fun conversations with Maria and Pieter Jan, a treat. Both are very attentive and kind, give good tips and Maria's breakfast in the morning was always a highlight. The apartment is cozily and tastefully furnished. We felt like at home here. Margor and Steven are nice and attentive, they give us a lot of helpful information about the area. The location is near the Zaandam train station and convenient when travelling to Amsterdam city centre. A very nice and cosy place to stay in NL.

The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

We had a nice stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Splendid place for a weekend with friends. Big enough for 12 people, with a gorgeous garden and a nordic bath. We really enjoyed our stay! Only point which could be improved: the kitchen is a bit small if you want to cook.
