Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Usedom

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It was very clean and everything was new. The apartment is very modernly furnished and the kitchen very well equipped. Maybe a few (larger) knives and a smaller pan are missing😉. The fully automatic coffee machine and wine cooler were exceptional. There are two large TVs and a large shower. Since I'm not a bathtub fan, I wouldn't have needed the tub. But like home, it was good as a shelf😄. We slept very well in the bed and our dog also felt comfortable because there was always something to see on the balcony. In Ahlbeck itself, we were actually only on the promenade and there you will always find some way to sit down and eat something. We enjoyed it All the best! Anette and Jochen and Dori

Jörg welcomed us in a very friendly way. The place is cozy, clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking the sea.

The location of the apartment is unique. The beach access is right outside the front door and you can still see the sea from the bed in the bedroom. Everything is very well thought out, from the underground parking lot right next to the elevator to all the equipment in the apartment. At the end of May, Dziwnów was still relatively quiete regarding tourists and open restaurants. However, that was exactly what we were looking for. There were still enough restaurants open, you could take a relaxed walk along the beach and the best view while eating is from the terrace of the apartment anyway.

The apartment was exactly as described and desired. Super clean, very modern and a great rental. Communication was straightforward and flexible. We'll be back.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment. Everything as described, everything you need is available, and our expectations were even exceeded. The location directly on the beautiful Wilhelmstrasse is fantastic. The bedroom is at the back of the house and is very quiet. A private parking is right by the house. Check-in and check-out were smooth via the agency, which is within walking distance. And André is a courteous and pleasant host. It was really a great all-round Airbnb experience.

The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and is located in a quiet location. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. It's also great that there's a lot of basic equipment in the kitchen. Inquiries were responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. However, there is a small point that should be mentioned: The apartment is quite bright and the beach access is a walk of about 10 minutes (at least at our walking speed😀)

Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

We had a wonderful short break in Sandra's thatched cottage! I can only recommend it, we felt at home! Thank you!

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all, it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Amazing house right in the heart of the city. Super cute and comfortable. has everything and more. I loved waking up and looking out through the windows. I would come back!

We were a family of six in the accommodation and felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The location is quiet, surrounded by a lot of nature – ideal for switching off. The house is very nicely designed, thoughtfully furnished and very practical for families. The sauna is particularly noteworthy, which was a real highlight for us. Many excursion destinations in the area can be easily reached by car from here. The small village shop nearby is also practical, where you can get fresh rolls, among other things. Absolutely recommended!!!

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small, but fine. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The contact with the staff was very friendly, detailed and accommodating. I highly recommend to stay! Thanks so much :)

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful quiet private-feeling corner house. Everything present, of good quality. We were in trouble for a while due to a short circuit, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city centre is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really recommend the accommodation!

We had a great holiday and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great holiday and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
