The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

200 sqm vacation home, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm property. 1.4 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach.  Sleeping quarters: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. Residential house: Large living area, clay oven, sauna, dining table, kitchen island, as well as terrace and garden. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it from the past on Usedom: tall beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden.
