The cottage is located in Wartowo, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Wolin commune, near the largest lake on the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and fishing, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful stretch of the Baltic coastline. The nearest beach is less than 2 km from the property (Świętouść), and a wild beach is located in the Wolin National Park. Provided: - free parking - free Wi-Fi

Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment! You can expect plenty of space to relax in the 58 m² – ideal for up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the spacious kitchen-living room invites you to cook, laugh and enjoy together. Start the day with breakfast in the sunny courtyard and let yourself be enchanted by the relaxed atmosphere. Your car can be parked conveniently and free of charge directly on site – so your holiday can start stress-free.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit of a large Tini house, and it was once a small stable, the outer walls of which are also preserved, until almost 80 years ago. Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modern and has underfloor heating. It is very important to mention the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed to sleep in... if this is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Time for a break - tranquility in nature (Wh blue)

In my guesthouse, I offer people the opportunity to find themselves in a break. In a quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, on a property with many places to linger, you can relax - without having to give up the comfort of an individual modern accommodation. The guesthouse consists of 2 residential units, which are rented separately, the kitchen is shared. Pets welcome by prior arrangement (see house rules).

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Vacation rental "MeerTied" - Arrive and relax

The apartment "MeerTied" is located in an annex on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or head to Mecklenburg – Vorpommern's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

In our in-house bike rental, you can rent modern bikes to explore the island.

Vacation home for two in Lassan opposite Usedom

The cottage for two is a tiny house on the outskirts of Lassan; the front on Wolgaster Straße, the back with an open view towards Papenberg – and everything easily accessible (e.g. the harbor in about 1 km, publicly accessible beach at the nature campsite 1.5 km), because there are two bikes available free of charge. The cottage it contains only this one holiday apartment and it is also the only one on the property.

Charming apartment near the old town

Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

Half-timbered loft on the Bodden with garden and pond

This former workshop now serves as a modern half-timbered loft of 75 square meters. The completely glazed half-timbered front overlooks the garden with a pond. The open layout offers a view outside from every corner of the house. In the house is a sauna, shower, bathtub and a shower toilet. In the garden you can grill under the canopy, we have a gas grill for you. Wifi with approx. 25Mbit/s
