Holiday rentals with beach access in Usedom

I have now been to Hella for the second time. Communication with her was friendly and smooth as always. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, so it is also easy to access for people with reduced mobility and the spacious layout offers enough freedom of movement. It has two small balconies, so you can enjoy your coffee or tea in the sun both in the morning and in the evening. Since the apartment is in a cul-de-sac, you will not be bothered by through traffic. There is a folder in the apartment with all kinds of information material. The bakery is within a 2-minute walk, so fresh bread rolls for breakfast are guaranteed. It is about 10 minutes on foot to the beach. A supermarket and a beverage market provide for the physical well-being, and those who do not want to cook themselves will find enough restaurants. If you leave the car, you can travel well with the UBB, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. I will definitely go back. Thank you, Hella!

We had a great week at the apartment! Especially with our 16 months old daughter, that was optimal. High chair, cot, toys and washing machine are a big plus. The balcony with beach chair is wonderful! The apartment is spacious and really everything is there if you want to feed and cook for yourself. The way to the beach is not far, we have always used the available bike for a shopping tour. Nadine was super helpful and quick to respond. We were kindly able to get into the apartment a little earlier and did not have to bridge the time after arrival. We will be happy to come back! Anja, Jean-Michel and Mina

It's fantastically beautiful there. The garden surrounding the house is more like a lovingly landscaped park with many old trees, seating areas and eye-catchers. All around, only fields, forest and tranquility. The place is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. The hosts are nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place in the middle of beautiful nature and tranquility!

The location of the apartment is unique. The beach access is right outside the front door and you can still see the sea from the bed in the bedroom. Everything is very well thought out, from the underground parking lot right next to the elevator to all the equipment in the apartment. At the end of May, Dziwnów was still relatively quiete regarding tourists and open restaurants. However, that was exactly what we were looking for. There were still enough restaurants open, you could take a relaxed walk along the beach and the best view while eating is from the terrace of the apartment anyway.

The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and is located in a quiet location. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. It's also great that there's a lot of basic equipment in the kitchen. Inquiries were responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. However, there is a small point that should be mentioned: The apartment is quite bright and the beach access is a walk of about 10 minutes (at least at our walking speed😀)

We felt very comfortable in the small room! The history alone is very interesting, if you consider that this house is over 300 years old. It has been preserved with so much attention to detail, ... really beautiful! The property is also very pretty, really big with horses and goats and a lot of garden and all directly on the beach with private beach access with beach chairs! Fantastic!!! We were here with our grandson, and for him, there was a lot to discover in the large garden, there was also a small playground! We were there for 3 nights and would have liked to stay longer:)

The apartment was great! Communication is always very reliable and the area invites you to relax. If you want a few days of rest, a nice accommodation and a very nice sea view and the accompanying sound, you are in good hands here!

There are four of us and we arrived with a dog, was not an issue. The house was perfect, sparkling clean, the kitchen well equipped very nice quiet location, the garden perfect also for the dog. The sauna and hot tube were a highlight. As well as the free use of the gas grill as well as the free use of the paddle boat. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all, it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Super cute tiny house. A wonderful view of the countryside from the bed. 2 minutes to the shore of the lake. Anna was super friendly. Everything very straightforward. Breakfast was super delicious and very lovingly arranged. The walk around the lake is also great. Nice for a few days in nature and with a lot of peace. 🤗

I stayed in the beautiful house with my two kids for ten days. We felt right at home. Everything was fine and as described. Communication was also easy and my questions were answered quickly. Would come back any time. Thank you once again!

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

We had a great stay! The location of the pilot house is indescribable and the small bar yard perfect for a long weekend! The apartment is very cozy and offers enough space! Highly recommended.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a great holiday and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great holiday and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

The apartment, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the surroundings, the good accessibility, only a short distance to the harbour, to the Edeka shopping directly around the corner and enough good restaurants nearby = simply everything great. Super!!!!!
