Villa holiday rentals in Usedom

We were allowed to stay with Fanny in Lubmin for 3 nights at the end of May. The house is a magical place in the middle of the forest and at the same time only 1-2 minutes' walk from the sandy beach. The furnishings and interior design leave nothing to be desired. Sauna with attached shower, large open kitchen, two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and, last but not least, the beautiful terrace. We felt very comfortable at all times and would be happy to come back next year.

we spent 1 week in October in this beautiful and really clean house. I really loved that a private parking lot is right next to the house. The house is located in a holiday home complex and is separated from other houses by a fence and all surrounded by another fence. All is monitored, which also makes you feel a little safer. Everything necessary was available in the house. If you stay longer, you should be prepared for not being a washing machine. Andrzej is nice and we were able to check in before the time. He gave us also good tips for excursions and good food. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The way to the beach is within walking distance. In the autumn holidays a beautiful place to turn off with few people noise and cars.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful villa. Breakfast was very lovingly prepared. I got along very well with the wheelchair in the apartment and Mrs. Bade was very committed and helpful. Beach is just a few meters away and there are several wheelchair accessible toilets along the promenade. On the way to the beach there are delicious fish rolls and a cheap lunch table. The lovingly managed Café Boddengold is also worth a visit. It was a completely beautiful holiday. Thank you.

Great location, very remote and quiet. Privacy great, if you have any questions, the landlords are directly on site. Large house, spacious garden (you have about 1000 square meters to yourself) with a view of fields. A good value for money - really recommended!

Thank you for your hospitality! I was warmly welcomed and provided with the most important information. The equipment of the house Carl left nothing to be desired, rather everything necessary was at hand that you need for a few days with self-catering. The house itself is very bright, charmingly located in the garden of Villa Anna and offers small oases with chairs and tables in the garden so that you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning in peace. The way to the beach can be reached in a few minutes and also through the forest which could hardly be more beautiful. Thanks again to the warm owner and landlady - so you imagine rest and draw strength.

Overall it was a great place. Plenty of space, well equiped kitchen and coin operated laundry downstairs. The lock to the back door is a bit tricky though, you need to scan the chip then rotate it like a key. We called and got quick assistance when we were stuggling to get in.

Super location, if you are looking for peace and relaxation of nature, you are in the right place. The hosts are very nice and everything met our expectations. Thank you from my wife and I.

We were here with twelve people, including small children. The accommodation and surroundings are really great, both for a short trip and a longer stay. The accommodation was clean and equipped with really everything you need. Have nothing to complain about and would definitely come back. Absolute recommendation. 👍🏼

We had a great stay with Janusz. He was very welcoming and even provided a full fridge when we arrived! The house is great, provides lots of room (particularly helpful when you come with kids) and was super clean. It is near to the beach and city center.

We were allowed to spend a wonderful holiday week in the beautiful house. The images shown are 100% true. The house is modernly equipped and is really fun to spend your vacation there. The landlord is also very nice. We were always in good contact with each other.

Fantastic property 15 mins from the main village with large private garden with plenty of chairs and tables of the weather is good. The house was perfect, everything you needed for a large group. We were having a work team retreat and the space worked perfectly for team workshops and making meals together Defiantly recommended

Our stay at Ryszard's place was super nice! The house is as described and was a paradise for us 11 people + 1 dog (6 adults, 1 teenager, 4 infants). There was enough space and employment for everyone. A very large fenced property was great for kids and dog to play. Whether sauna, billiards, darts, games for everyone was there. The well-equipped kitchen, the dining area in the conservatory, the 2 bathrooms gave us no reason to complain. The tranquility all around made us forget the stressful everyday life. There are only fields and meadows, even a small playground is nearby. We had to use the car to shop or see sights. We missed something, Ryszard was there right away and was there to help us. For all of us, it was a wonderful week in Anielino. We 100% recommend the place!

Very nice and nice! Child-friendly and good restaurant with a play area for the children :) Nice with the possibility of indoors pole and and within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was a little too rocky but if you took the car a bit, you could find great child-friendly beaches. Overall a very good place! :)

The place was very clean and furnished to a high standard. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

The hosts were very nice and we had a nice time. The facility was very tidy and clean. Unfortunately, many restaurants were still closed in the off-season. The Baltic Sea beach was great. Price - performance was right and the place is recommended.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay. The accommodation was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for 2 families. We especially liked the pool and the playground in front of the door as well as the private barbecue. It is also very good that the whole area is fenced in, so you don't have to check every few minutes to make sure the children haven't run out into the street. The beach can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes. Shopping facilities are just around the corner. We recommend the accommodation and will be happy to return at the next opportunity.

The place and resort are great. The house is smaller than it appears on the photos. It was still a great place to stay with the family, close to beaches, shopping and the city, yet still calm and green. We would visit again.
