Apart Playa Bello Horizonte is located in a quiet area, just 200 m from the beach. This 28 m² guest house has independent access and 200 m² park for exclusive use. Parking is available in front. It features a studio with living-dining area and bedroom, with double bed and sofa bed for two. The kitchen includes gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. There’s AC, a bathroom w/shower, electric water heater. ADSL Wi-Fi, 32" TV w/Chromecast. Outdoor shower and grill are also available.

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four small houses spread across a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a conservatory with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by flora and fauna, 500 m from the beach (10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with mud interiors and a living roof that provides good thermal insulation and a unique warmth to the interior. (There are 1 🐕 and 3 🐈 on site) bikes available

"The little house in the back" Next to the Antel Arena

Private apartment at the back with separate entrance, steps away from the new shopping center, a good point to connect with the whole city. It's in the back, shared with my house, where our dog, Clara (an adorable Golden Retriever), lives. On the mezzanine is the bedroom with a 2-seater sommier and a 32-inch smart TV. Downstairs is the living room with windows to the back and a full bathroom. There is a covered barbecue next door that can be used, with the option of a cooking area.

La Paloma downtown, Cuatrovientos family house.

Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.

"Viento Azul" is a small house located in the La Barra area, 10 km from Punta del Este. Check-in 3:00 pm / Check-out - 12:00 pm Sleeps 3. Quiet and very nice neighborhood with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. It is an apartment at the back of our property, with a private entrance. Share the main gate facing the street with the owners. It has a bedroom and private patio with its own grill.
