Villa Toscana I - Hot tub, swimming pool, beautiful views

This house with a Nordic hot tub and swimming pool offers a high level of comfort and privacy. It is ideal for unwinding and enjoying panoramic views and spectacular sunsets, as it is located in a unique spot with no houses in front and few neighbouring houses (a feature that sets it apart). The heated pool (28 to 31°C) is open from October to April, and the Nordic hot tub (up to 42°C) can be enjoyed all year round, as it has a wood-fired boiler. **Enquire about the pool in May and September.

Just 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, hens, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub, available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Complimentary access to the games room, which includes a pool table (stone slab) and air-hockey. A camp with noise is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from 1 November to 1 April and is for exclusive use.
