IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. La casa ofrece mucha comodidad y privacidad, lo que permite desconectarse y disfrutar de excelentes vistas y espectaculares atardeceres, al estar ubicada en un punto único, sin casas por delante y con pocas casas vecinas (aspecto que la distingue). Con excelente presencia de sol por su orientación norte, cuenta con piscina climatizada, habilitada de octubre al 3 de mayo (28 a 30º) y tina nórdica, la cual se puede disfrutar durante todo el año, al contar con caldera a leña para calentar el agua.

Only 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You'll have a privileged view from any room in the house.
