Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. The heated pool (28 to 31°C) is open from October to April, and the Nordic hot tub (up to 42°C) can be enjoyed all year round, as it has a wood-fired boiler. **Enquire about the pool in May and September.

Just 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, hens, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub, available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Complimentary access to the games room, which includes a pool table (stone slab) and air-hockey. A camp with noise is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from 1 November to 1 April and is for exclusive use.
