Townhouse holiday rentals in Upstate South Carolina

A beautiful home with incredible views! It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The home was listed as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was 2 1/2 baths. This home provided a serene view of Lake Lure and mountains with an added bonus of being able to see Chimney Rock right outside the window. The Italian restaurant within walking distance had kind service and great food. The close proximity to parks, quaint boutiques, and The Flowering Bridge were a bonus! We enjoyed this property so much over New Years, we can only imagine how great it will be during the Summer.

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

Andy’s place was exactly as described and perfect for our occasion! Andy was also very responsive and very helpful when I needed anything and we love that this place accommodates dogs! We would definitely stay here again !

great place in super convenient area of town

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was such a peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself is not luxury, but has the essentials and is exactly how it is described. The first 2 nights we stayed it was only 3 of us, but is was 5 of us on our last night until we continued our next leg of the trip. I will say we felt a little cramped as the living room is small, but the sleeping space is fine. So if you are a larger party, keep this in mind. Also, there is only one bathroom and it is downstairs...so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, you have to trek downstairs and potentially disturb anyone sleeping in the sofabed. One Having said that, the natural surroundings make up for the lack of indoor space. There is also a grill for each unit (the cabin is 3 attached units), and a few sitting areas with a fire place through out. It is very peaceful and I would stay there again.

Plenty of space for 10 adults. We came in for a wedding and enjoyed having room to spread out. We all had plenty of privacy. The hosts provided nice treats and amenities. Thank you!

We spent Christmas vacation with my fiancé and some friends, and the place was quite clean—I really liked it. Jovan speaks Spanish, which makes communication much more comfortable. There’s a Latin store nearby that you can walk to. Excellent place, highly recommended!

The home was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Great neighborhood and neighbors. If we come back to the area, we would be pleased to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Loved it.. very clean

This was a perfect place for us and the pups! It was clean and easy. We were still within a short distance to the Biltmore and Biltmore Village. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is close to everything, but also quiet and secluded. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed, and it was very clean. We cannot wait to come back.

We stayed at Grace’s lovely home while attending Clemson University graduation ceremonies. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Super clean house with every amenity we needed. Comfortable beds with plenty of bedding and towels. Nicely decorated home with space to cook and lounge. Grace communicated in a timely and very helpful manner. Would highly recommend the house and will definitely stay here again when we visit Clemson!

Stayed at Frank’s place for a week. He is a great host and communication was excellent. Check in was very easy. The townhouse is large and very clean with a huge deck with a grill off the living room. There are also 2 smart TVs. We were able to cook several meals since the kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are very comfortable. The amenities are a nice bonus and included in the rental. There is a hilly walking path right around the corner and a wonderful flat walking trail that goes along the lakeshore in another part of the community. There is also a restaurant inside the community that is very convenient. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We loved our stay. The area is waterfall central with beautiful sites to see. We even saw some bears. Jay was very helpful for providing tips on sites to see. The home is very comfortable. We had an extremely relaxation vacation!

We had the chance to visit South Carolina in June of 2025 and stayed at Aja's AirBNB outside of Greer, SC and the home worked perfectly for our family of 4. One small thing to keep in mind is aside from a small handful of mini marts inside of gas stations that are 5 minutes or so away driving, you need to plan to pickup groceries before arriving.

Emily y su equipo siempre estuvieron pendientes, las instrucciones son únicamente necesarias para la estancia, eso me parece perfecto. Un lugar limpio!!! es lo mejor de todo. definitivamente me volvería a hospedar. Gracias chicos!

It is a modest sized 3 bedroom that was perfect for a couple! Probably would be good for two couples or family with 2 kids.

This house is amazing! It was comfortable and homey! The neighborhood was beautiful and close to the downtown area. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfy for our group. Even my mother who is partially paralyzed had an easy time getting around. We would definitely recommend this house and will definitely check its availability whenever we head back to North Carolina.

It was truly remarkable, my first time ever using an airbnb and it was worth every penny! Rodney was extremely helpful through everything and when I had any questions or concerns he answered in a timely and friendly manner! It was beautiful, and well maintained! I'd definitely come back again!!
