Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Upstate South Carolina

A great place for getting together and relaxing with friends. The host and accomodations were first rate. To us it was quiet, private and beautiful. Everything we could have hoped for. If the Willow house doesn't make you feel comfortable and at home...no place will.. would recommend it 100 percent to any of our family and friends... absolutely worth the money. We look forward to using this provider again... To Linton and their staff. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful place to spend a few days with old friends. Thanks for everything..

Lowell and Anna Mae welcomed my fiance and I with open arms! They were so kind and went the extra step to write us a handwritten note and local pastries to kick off our wedding weekend! The house was just beautiful and worked perfectly as I got ready there with my bridesmaids the day of the wedding! We will be back to visit!

This place was perfect! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It smelled good, looked good and was really clean! The hot tub was easy to use and we took advantage each night the weather allowed. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely stay again! Graham was very responsive and helpful. We had not a single thing we didn’t like or wished was different. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Oh yes, easy storage to unpack and “live” here for a week!

Daniel's place was perfect for our trip. We've stayed 3 times, and it always delivers. Spacious. Very clean. Showers have great temperature control and pressure. Air conditioning works well. Will definitely stay here when we are back in town.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and relaxing, with an amazing view of the lake and surrounding wildlife. Spotting bald eagles, blue herons, and hawks was a special treat.

Dylan’s home was exactly how it was described. There was lots of natural light and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee machine and all the amenities. The robes and toiletries were a nice touch. Dylan was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying at the hutch!

Don and the rental were fantastic. I can only wish that every Air BnB was done this well. Water on every table. The bathroom had everything you might have forgotten. The fridge had soda and water in it. Even had a Smores setup for the firepit outside. I will be back here regularly and Don's place will always be my first choice. Dons hospitality was world class. It is very hard to find genuine hospitality and Don hit it off the mountain.

Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! This property really surprised us! It was much nicer than we could have imagined. The price was amazing. The location was perfect. Everything about it was just wonderful.

We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!

Our stay at Hiker’s Hideawqy was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for coffee in the morning, meal prep, and tea in the evening. It’s a great location too. I’m sure we will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay, it felt very homey. The bed is comfy, the area is peaceful and quiet. Owners are communicative. It was my first time, I would stay here again as I love visiting the Tallulah Gorge area. The cell signal is very good once arriving, there is no service on the short drive from town up the mountain.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great location. Very walkable to downtown. 10 mins away from two very nice pickleball facilities and the zoo is less than a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend for a stay in Greenville

Beautiful place. Hosts are nearby but you have all the privacy you could want. Beds very comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful after hiking. Location is great for Pisgah forest and Dupont. Close to Bervard and also Hendersonville. We will definitely stay again.

We highly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the covered screened in porch, as it rained for much of our stay. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Damien is helpful and friendly and responded quickly. Overall this is one of the nicer Air Bnb's we have stayed in. We will definitely be back and stay at one of his properties in the future.

The Vineyard Villa is absolutely perfect for a 2-couples or 4 girlfriends getaway. Perfectly appointed villa, beautifully decorated, comfortable bedding and furniture, full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal, and 2 lovely full bathrooms. Beautiful outdoor seating area for enjoying the view of the vineyards. Secluded and oh so quiet! You have full privacy, but the owners are close by if you should ever need anything. Bring casual food, books and games, and buy wine at the vineyard and your perfect getaway awaits!! We will be back!!

Alex & Josh were great host! Communicated clear & easy check in and check out instructions and were check in with us throughout our stay. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean, it was stocked with everything we needed pretty much in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were little chocolates on all the beds when we arrived, there were all different types of towels, to bathe, pool towels even make up towels which was , little thoughtful details we appreciated. The location was really great! My boyfriend and I were able to do a bunch of hikes near by but also be close enough to enjoy the downtown Asheville area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at Casey’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views of Lake Lure. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful decor and extra amenities. Casey was a fantastic host—quick to respond, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Lure!

This place exceeded all the high expectations we had going in. The view cannot be done justice with the photos. We have stayed in a bunch of places in the NC mountains and this was by far the most beautiful view we have ever seen. We also didn’t realize just how great it would be to have access to the lake club facilities just by staying in the reserve. Aurelia was super responsive, friendly and helpful. If it’s available, we hope we can stay again next year!

We had a group stay here for a Bachelor party, and I couldn’t think of a better place. Incredible views, and the amenities were amazing. It was very close to downtown and other places we wanted to visit. Veronica was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions we had. She also provided recommendations for the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to have a group trip!

We started each morning with coffee on the deck and ended each night under the stars—it was peaceful in a way that’s hard to put into words. Our family made real memories here, and we’re already talking about coming back.
