The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

This tiny home has its own entrance as well as a deck, fire pit and fully-stocked wood shed. The nearby spring is a short walk down the hill, and it's the perfect place for foraging and rockhounding in the gem capital of the world.

There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

It is close to many parks for hikiing and biking and lakes for boating and fishing. It has an all wood interior with a screened porch, picnic table , fire pit and charcoal grill. There is a nice walkway down to the river. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating at this nice escape!
