Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Our place is right in the center of Steyr only about 2 minutes' walk from the train station. There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

Pond cottage with kitchenette, dining area and wet cell on the ground floor, also spacious covered terrace, barbecue area and play tower available. In the attic is the sleeping area with its own toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a magnificent view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for cars, tents or campers are available.
