The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a house listed as a cultural protected heritage from the 16th century in the historic district of Steyrdorf. This up-and-coming district is only a few minutes' walk from Steyr city square. In the immediate vicinity are some free parking spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine. Highlight of the apartment is the bedroom with en suite bathroom.
