Lovingly furnished holiday serviceman's apartment near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but we are only 9 km from the state capital, Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for people passing through, families with children (good destinations for day trips), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and holidaymakers. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax payable on site: €2.40 per day for adults Children up to the age of 15 are free. A great deal of emphasis was placed on making the space child-friendly.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
