Our place is right in the middle of the countryside at about 750 meters altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest guest house is just 1 km away. In a cozy atmosphere you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families, couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you must book each room individually with groups. We are happy to be happy to welcome you! No public transport at the house !

Our garden apartment was renovated in April 2023. The apartment is on the ground floor of the Pension Ballwein. It has a separate kitchen, a living room with dining area, a private bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a terrace. There is air-conditioning in the living area as well as the bedroom. We offer free WiFi and one parking space per apartment. Bus stop directly in front of the house. Bus 21 takes you directly to the old town of Salzburg.

Our traditional, cozy inn has 14 rooms and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. You will receive a guest card from me so that you can use public transport for free. Abtenau is a great place for hiking, biking and walking. Beautiful lakes can be reached in 30 minutes, and the city of Salzburg and Hallstatt are also nearby. Breakfast extra €15 per person

The double room with a private shower and toilet is located in "Das Au-Gut" in Hallein. It is located on the street side, so noise cannot be ruled out. There is no daily cleaning.
