Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows.
