Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

In dem großen offenen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Wohnecke mit SmartTV, eine Küchenzeile und ein Essbereich sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich zu dem offenen Wohnbereich gibt es noch ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer und ein neues Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Terassen und Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

We offer you an idyllically located apartment in a secluded location. Here you can spend relaxing days for two. On the Ems - Jade Canal you can relax on a walk. You are welcome to bring your dog or horse. There is plenty of space available!There is also space for bicycles. You can charge your electric vehicles on site. Vacations for the whole family

Great connections to the city, village or sea. From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

Would you like to live (or work) in a great atmosphere with views of the countryside and be a 5-minute walk to the university/10 minutes by bike to the city? Our bright and modern attic apartment with private entrance has a kitchen with cooking facilities, a spacious bathroom and a spacious dining, living and sleeping area. The proximity to the city center (2.5 km) invites you to enjoy culture, shopping and culinary delights.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Cozy apartment with lake view - climate-friendly

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
